2002 Rule Filings

• File No. SR-EMCC-02-1 - The purpose of the proposed rule change is to expand the types of instruments eligible for processing by EMCC to include emerging market corporate debt that meets certain criteria.

• File No. SR-EMCC-02-2 - Rule 2 is being amended to delete the requirement that applicants for membership become EMCC shareholders, and Rule 1, Definitions, is being amended to delete the definitions of “Participant Director” and “ISMA”. Rule 31, Hearing Procedures, is also being amended to delete all references to “Participant Directors”.
